Munich, 1 November 2025 — Pactos is strengthening its leadership: Matthias Voigt takes on the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Having accompanied the company as fractional CTO since July 2025, he joins Pactos permanently and full-time from November 2025.
Matthias Voigt brings more than 25 years of experience in technology and e-commerce organizations. His career began in Munich at Computer2000, where in a small team he helped build one of Europe's first B2B web shops. As founder and managing director of Ventino GmbH he then took on numerous interim and fractional mandates as CTO and CIO – at foodspring, Mister Spex, HolidayCheck, Dreamlines and RABOT Charge among others – focusing on building engineering teams, DevOps and technical due diligence.
From fractional CTO to permanent CTO
Voigt first accompanied Pactos as fractional CTO from July 2025. During that time a strong cultural fit emerged, along with the prospect of shaping the technology organization for the long term – reason enough to turn the collaboration into a permanent full-time role from November 2025.
„We are building something big here – much like back then, but this time with control in our own hands and considerably more experience. I was able to build the tech team from the ground up. What matters most: we are all one team – no trench warfare between tech, product and sales.“
A focus on scaling and AI
As CTO, Voigt is responsible for developing the Pactos platform further, expanding the engineering team and the AI roadmap. At the center is rebuilding the vendor management system into a scalable, integration-ready platform for managing an external workforce.
