External personnel costs as a reliable figure instead of an estimate

Pactos analyzes what day-to-day operation produces anyway – instead of gathering figures from five systems and a spreadsheet.

How it works today

This is how analytics and reports run today

The data is there, but spread across different systems. By the time it has been gathered, it often no longer shows the current position.

In five systems

The figures are scattered

Assignments, hours and invoices sit in different systems. Anyone who wants to know what actually adds up has to export and merge the data several times first.

By hand in the spreadsheet

The report is rebuilt every time

Often the whole report hangs on one file and on the person who knows how it works. If they drop out, the current overview is missing too.

As a snapshot

The comparison is missing

A single month does not say much. Only over several months does it become visible whether a provider is getting better or worse.

The result

The question of what the external workforce costs should be answerable with one query and should not set off a project of its own every time.

Vendor Intelligence · Analytics module

The module that takes over the analysis

The metrics arise directly out of day-to-day operation, out of requirements, assignments, times and invoices. Everyone draws on the same data basis but sees exactly the information relevant to their role.

The analyses arise directly out of day-to-day operation. What happens in the requirement, the assignment, the time and the invoice automatically becomes visible as a metric.

Frequently asked questions

Which metrics does Pactos provide for the external workforce?
Headcount and assignments per site and provider, fill rate and time to fill, costs per cost center and period, response and fill rates per provider, and the compliance status.
Does everyone see the same figures?
The same data basis, a different section of it. Dashboards are configurable per user group, and permissions hang on role and site. Procurement sees costs across all plants, plant management sees its own.
Can we pull the figures into our own BI system?
Yes. Export as Excel and PDF across all modules, plus an open interface for connecting your own analysis tools.
How often are reports sent out?
At times you define, to recipient lists you maintain. Weekly, monthly or quarterly, as Excel or PDF.
Can a metric be expanded down to the individual assignment?
Yes. Every figure can be resolved down to the individual purchase order, the assignment and the record. That is what makes it hold up in an audit.
