No flat fee, volume-based instead
Your fee is a share of the external workforce you manage through Pactos. It grows and shrinks with your headcount.
A year with a drop in orders
A share of volume, plus whatever you add
A share of volume, extended by the modules you need
- The base price is set by the transaction volume running through the platform. Add-on modules are either added at a fixed amount or change the percentage share.
- The basis is the sum of net invoice amounts in the respective billing month. You can see the volume yourself, across all projects.
- Billing is monthly in arrears and electronic. There is no prepayment and no annual quota.
Your monthly invoiceone line item per module
Composed from modules, each one flexible or fixed
Workforce Intelligence is made up of modules you add one by one. Each brings its own pricing form: it either moves with your usage, or it costs a fixed amount per month.
Your monthly invoiceone line item per module
Which form applies to which module depends on how you put it together and is set out in the quote. Modules you do not need never appear on the invoice. What Workforce Intelligence covers
We count the branch, not the document
A verified branch is one billing unit. How many records we fetch, check and monitor for it makes no difference.
Your invoice therefore does not fluctuate with the number of queries in a month. Add a branch, and one unit is added. How the check works
Included in the platform price, no fee per tender
Tender is an add-on module to the platform license. After that, the number of tenders makes no difference to the price.
That is the point: running a tender should pay off, even for a small need. A fee per transaction would discourage exactly that. How a tender works
