You run the program

The external workforce program comes together with you. Requirements come in, you distribute them to your suppliers and keep staffing, records and billing in view in one place.

Less presence on site

On siteCoordinationSites

When the management runs in the system, less coordination on site is needed. Your team can concentrate on the cases where someone really has to step in.

What matters

Your team and the client work from the same position. That way not every detail has to be agreed again by phone.

The whole volume in one program

SuppliersTypes of assignmentTerms

All suppliers, sites and types of assignment come together in one shared structure. That reduces administrative work and creates one consistent process.

What matters

Alongside staff leasing, Statements of Work, service contracts and freelance work can be mapped too. That way no part of the external workforce volume is left out.

Your performance becomes visible through shared metrics

Response timeFill rateRecord quality

Your performance becomes visible directly in the system. In the annual review you can show with solid figures what you have delivered, even when contacts at the client change.

What matters

The same metrics apply to all suppliers. That creates a comparison both sides can follow.

One access point for the client

TransparencyFollow-up questionsCommitment

The client can look up requirements, approvals and records themselves. That reduces follow-up questions and creates a shared process, instead of working with Excel and emails over and over.

What matters

The client only sees the information that concerns them. Your terms with your own suppliers stay confidential.

Connected supplier

You supply the people

When your client uses Pactos, you have one central place for requests, candidates, records and times. Instead of maintaining several portals, mailboxes and Excel files in parallel, everything comes together in one system.

Candidates submitted faster

Upload the CV and the fields come pre-filled: Pax reads out qualifications, languages and records, and you confirm them. A profile instead of a form, and the same one with every client.

Your metrics work for you

Response time, fill rate and completeness of records become visible directly. Anyone who delivers quickly and reliably can evidence it with figures.

One channel to the client

Requests, queries and acceptances stay documented right on the case. So even after a holiday or a change of staff it is clear what was agreed.

Deadlines that report themselves

Expiring licenses, clearance certificates and maximum assignment periods sit in the system and report themselves in advance. In an Outlook calendar, something like that eventually slips through.

For both roles

What being connected means for you

A named contact

As a connected provider you have a named contact at Pactos. They accompany the connection, support the training and help with questions in day-to-day operation.

Free of charge for you

Connecting to your client's platform is free of charge for you. We are happy to show you what further options there are in a call.

Connected in a quarter of an hour

Onboarding takes around 15 minutes per provider on average. No installation and no support from your IT is needed for it.

Your own system stays

Pactos replaces neither your ATS nor your payroll. You can carry on working with your existing systems and connect interfaces where needed.

Your data stays yours

Every provider sees the request and their own responses, not those of the others. Hosting in the EU, ISO 27001, GDPR: details on data security.

FAQ

The main questions from providers

What does the connection cost us?
Connecting to your client's platform costs you nothing, and you get a named contact. We discuss the further options and possibilities directly.
Do other providers see our prices or candidates?
No. Every provider sees the request and their own responses. The comparison sits with the client company, not with your competitors.
We are a master vendor. Does Pactos make us redundant?
No. Pactos is the system, not the provider. The client relationship, the management of your suppliers and the responsibility for filling roles stay with you. We supply the surface you do that on, and make your performance visible to the client.
Do we have to give up our own system?
No. Pactos replaces neither an ATS nor payroll. Interfaces to HR, payroll and ERP systems are possible, but not necessary to get started.
How long does the rollout take on our side?
Onboarding per provider takes a quarter of an hour on average. We handle the communication, the training and the support, not your client and not you.
What is the difference between a master vendor, a neutral vendor and an MSP?
A master vendor supplies people itself and also brokers; a neutral vendor only brokers and does not supply; an MSP runs the program as a service. In detail in the glossary: Master Vendor, Neutral Vendor, Managed Service Provider.
