Less administrative work
Requirement, approval, candidates and documents run in one automated workflow – instead of through Excel, email and a quick word.
External workers cost more than their hourly rates – scattered processes, administrative effort and invoice errors add up over the year. Set your key figures and see your annual savings potential live.
Leading companies run their external workforce with Pactos

Four sliders – everything calculates live.
Headcount on an annual average, not assignments.
What you pay the provider, not the wage.
The sum of the shares across procurement, the department and accounting.
Gross employer cost including on-costs, per year.
Both bars on the same scale – the lower one is the first year's cost: the fee, the setup and the internal project effort.
A model calculation based on the assumptions stated above – not a commitment.
Discuss the business case →Requirements, approvals, candidates, invoices and compliance all run in one place at Pactos. That relieves your administration, lowers the cost of errors and keeps every deadline in view automatically.
Requirement, approval, candidates and documents run in one automated workflow – instead of through Excel, email and a quick word.
Invoices, duplicates and premiums are checked automatically before you pay – wrong hours and rates stand out immediately.
Equal pay, the maximum assignment period and expiring records are monitored automatically – expensive back payments and AÜG breaches do not happen.

„Through the Pactos platform we were not only able to fill 5 positions with skilled workers within three weeks, we also reduced costs at the same time."
Your four inputs give the annual volume of your external workforce. On that, the model calculates two effects: the relief for the full-time staff who manage the external workforce today, and the recovery of incorrectly billed hours and premiums. The sum is your benefit per year. Against that stand the Pactos fee and – in the first year only – the rollout. Compliance risks avoided and better purchasing terms come on top in practice, but are deliberately left out of the figure here: an expected value is not a commitment.
The values behind them come from the Pactos ROI model and from experience in real customer deployments. They are deliberately set conservatively and are all shown under the sliders – every single one can be checked. They are model assumptions for orientation, not a binding commitment.
Yes. You adjust the four sliders directly – headcount, hourly rate and the size and cost of your administrative team. The fixed model assumptions (hours per month, degree of relief, error and risk rates) we are happy to transfer to your actual figures in a call, for example from your SAP or ERP system.
The large figure is the ROI from the second year on: benefit minus the Pactos fee, divided by the fee. In the first year the rollout costs are added – two monthly fees plus ten person-days of internal effort; that figure is shown below it. The fee itself has two parts: a base price per head and month, falling log-linearly from €24 at 10 to €12 at 1,000 temporary workers, plus 0.20% of volume.
In a 30-minute call we transfer the model to your real volumes, rates and processes and build an individual business case from it. Just book a demo for that.
