On 22 April 2026, Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt once again became the meeting place for decision-makers in staffing services: zCom, zvoove's in-house trade fair, brought the industry together in Eintracht Frankfurt's stadium – and Pactos was back as an exhibitor on the expo floor in 2026.
Managing Director Antonio Zill and his team showed how master vendor projects can be managed in a more structured and transparent way, how complex project structures can be mapped clearly, and which approaches have really proven themselves in practice. The focus was on concrete challenges, honest exchange and solutions that work in everyday operations.
The conversations at the stand revolved around master vendor structures, AI in workforce management and the digitalization of staffing services – and they showed that the industry is ready for the next step.

Right at the start, Markus Budde, CEO of zvoove Germany, set the frame: 95 percent of staffing providers want to become more digital. The new rules of the game therefore already apply – for small and large companies alike. On stage, referee Deniz Aytekin also spoke about how important it is to stay human at the decisive moment and still make clear decisions – a principle that applies equally to leadership, digitalization and collaboration.
