Under the motto „Digital. Bold. Human.", the German Staffing Association (GVP) invited the industry to INNOLAB '25 at the Alte Werft in Bremen on 16 and 17 September 2025. Pactos was there with a stand, presented its AI-supported platform and discussed the future of workforce management with leading staffing providers.

INNOLAB is the GVP's innovation congress for executives, digitalization leads and HR visionaries in the industry – deliberately without long lecture blocks, but with theme sprints, focus sessions, short impulses and a silent conference with headphones. Together with experts from the GVP network, ideas were developed, impulses shared and discussions held on how to drive innovation in staffing services even faster.

From master vendor to strategic partner

In his talk, Managing Director Antonio Zill examined the changing role of the master vendor: away from the operational coordinator who maintains lists and answers queries, towards a strategic and technological partner for its clients – with a shared data basis, transparent processes and AI-supported management.

Impressions

  • Open exchange: It was particularly inspiring to see how openly all participants shared their experiences.
  • Ball pit: A special highlight in which all participants got to overcome their fear of the new first-hand.
  • Pactos live: At the stand next to the bar, the conversation was about real innovation in the industry – and about many new contacts.

A big thank you to the GVP's entire organizing team and to everyone who brought INNOLAB to life with their input and energy. Pactos is taking many valuable insights and contacts home – and is looking forward to the next steps.
