Role description
Tasks
- Management and support of the ramp handling team
- Recognizing and promoting training needs
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources
- Ensure compliance with standard processes and guidelines
- Resolving conflicts as an emergency manager
- Reporting problems and initiating solutions
- Monitoring of daily operations
- Carry out quality checks and initiate improvements
- Improve workflows and resource utilization
- Ensuring clear communication, e.g. in meetings
- Collaboration and management of projects
