Role description
Tasks
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as dunning procedures with DATEV
- Creation of invoices
- Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts
- Implementation of payroll accounting with DATEV LODAS
- Preparation of notifications and certificates
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Support in the preparation of monthly reports
- Processing of payment transactions
- Cash management
Wanted profile
- Completed training in the commercial or tax sector
- In-depth knowledge in dealing with DATEV / DATEV LODAS
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Extensive knowledge of accounting according to HGB and tax law
- Several years of professional experience an advantage
- Precise, committed and independent way of working
