Role description
Tasks
- Production of GRP components (glass fiber reinforced plastic) and negative molds (mold making) using the hand lay-up method
- Support with lamination according to structural laminate plans- Support with the installation and setup of hydraulic systems
- Support with the finishing of the GRP components, including filling, fine sanding, high-gloss polishing and trimming
- Reworking of defects
- Mold maintenance, including repair and care as well as chemical separation
- Compliance with process and work instructions
- Maintenance and care of machines and work equipment
- Support with the loading of boats
Wanted profile
- [obligatory] Basic knowledge of German (Level A2)
- [Mandatory] Completed vocational training (e.g. painter, vehicle painter, etc.) or several years of professional experience in a skilled trade
- [Mandatory] Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Ideally several years of professional experience with GRP components or in boat building
